RYAN LEBLANC

Ryan Eastmoore LeBlanc is a partner at DCH Law LLP. Her areas of practice cover a range of commercial transactions, including solar, energy storage and energy efficiency project development, equipment supply contracts, construction and O&M contracts, and project acquisition and disposition in the renewable energy sector.
Ryan previously served as General Counsel to Redaptive, Inc., a San Francisco company providing energy efficiency retrofits to commercial and industrial customers. Ryan also served as Associate General Counsel for Yingli Solar.
Before going in-house, Ryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, a U.S. district judge for the Middle District of Florida. Ryan received both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida. She is licensed to practice in California and Florida.
Ryan lives in San Francisco with her husband and three children. When she's not practicing law, you'll likely find Ryan chasing her kids around one of San Francisco’s many parks or museums.
