Katie McFatter

ASSOCIATE

Katie McFatter is an Associate at DCH Law LLP. Her areas of interest include corporate renewable energy transactions and the development of renewable energy projects. 

Katie completed a dual degree program in 2023, receiving a J.D. from Elon University School of Law and a Masters of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School in January 2024. During law school, Katie served as an Articles Editor for Elon Law Review. She started with DCH Law by completing a residency-in-practice program with the firm in 2023. 

Prior to law school, Katie received a B.A. in Environmental Science, with a minor in Economics from the University of Florida. 

Outside of practicing law, Katie likes to spend her free time hiking, attempting to golf, and rooting for the Gators.
