DINA KLAUSNER
COUNSEL
Dina Klausner is Counsel at DCH Law LLP. She supports the firm's practice areas in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions and general corporate matters. Dina counsels clients in the structuring, documentation, and administration of transactions ranging from project acquisition finance to development-stage credit facilities.
Prior to joining DCH Law LLP, Dina was an associate in the finance groups at Reed Smith LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she represented public and private borrowers, banks, nonprofit institutions and other credit providers in complex debt financings (including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, cash-flow based lending, and securitization transactions). Her diversity of experience provides her with the toolbox necessary to approach problems creatively and with an open mind.
Dina received her B.A. and B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004 and went on to earn her J.D. at her alma mater in 2009. She is licensed to practice law in California.
When she's not practicing law, Dina enjoys raising two little humans with her husband.
